Yanfeng Automotive Interiors to lay off more than 300 in April #DetroitNews
Tyler Clifford - Yanfeng US Automotive Interiors plans to cut more than 300 jobs at a plant in Monroe beginning in April. The layoff notice comes less than two weeks after the company received a $600,000 grant from the state to develop a new headquarters in Novi that would create 60 jobs. The permanent layoffs will include at least nine salary and 312 hourly positions at its facilities at 2200 Revard Road and 1833 Frenchtown Center Drive in Monroe, according to a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Act notice
