Tre Monti owner aims to reopen 'refreshed' restaurant in March #DetroitNews

Kurt Nagl - The upscale Tre Monti Ristorante in Troy has closed for "remodeling and restructuring," according to its website. Leo Ciavatta, president of the San Marino Club, which owns the restaurant, said he could not provide specifics other than that the restaurant needed to be refreshed. The restaurant located behind the San Marino Club on Big Beaver Road, had undergone significant changes in the last six months. "We brought in a new chef we thought was very talented," Ciavatta said of the changes.
