Report: Detroit law firms face landlord's market for offices in 2017 #DetroitNews
Chad Halcom - Metro Detroit is one of the most affordable U.S. real estate markets for law firms — but will become much less so next year amid rising rents, limited construction and a landlord’s market in the city’s central business district, according to a new industry report. The city ranks in the bottom quartile among 42 metropolitan areas in rent, at an average $25,000 per attorney housed, according to a law firm real estate perspective report late last month from Jones Lang LaSalle.
