Meadowbrook Insurance makes changes with CEO, general counsel #DetroitNews

Jay Greene - Robert Cubbin, president and CEO of Southfield-based Meadowbrook Insurance Group, stepped down Wednesday in a top management move that also resulted in Mike Costello, senior vice president and general counsel, leaving the company, Crain's has learned. Kenn Allen, former executive vice president and president of Meadowbrook Insurance Agencies, replaced Cubbin as president and CEO. Allen, who oversaw Meadowbrook's seven agency profit and loss centers, was unavailable for comment at deadline.
