ITC Holdings names Linda Blair president, CEO #DetroitNews

Lindsay VanHulle - Linda Blair took over as president and CEO of Novi-based ITC Holdings Corp., effective Tuesday, following the completion of the company's $11.3 billion sale last month to Canadian utility company Fortis Inc., ITC said. Blair succeeds Joseph Welch in the role. Welch retired as president and CEO, also effective Tuesday, as part of a leadership transition resulting from the acquisition, though Fortis and ITC said he will remain chairman of ITC's board.
