FINANCIAL DISTRICT — The ownership behind downtown icon the London Chop House opened Ostrea Seafood on Monday, January 20, situated on the ground level of the Murphy Telegraph Building at W. WARREN — The third location of Kitab Cafe opened on Saturday, January 11, within the Miftaah Institute, a Warren-based educational organization offering Islamic studies and programming.
