Novi-based Stoneridge acquires maker of vision systems for vehicles #DetroitNews

Tyler Clifford - Novi-based Stoneridge Inc. has acquired Orlaco Products BV, theautomotive electronics supplier announced in a statement Wednesday. Orlaco is a supplier of camera-based vision systems for vehicles that is based in the Netherlands with offices in the United States, Germany, Canada and Japan. The acquisition was worth 75 million euros, or more than $80 million, on a debt-free, cash-free basis. Stoneridge (NYSE: SRI) expects Orlaco to be accretive to the company's earnings per share in 2017. The
