Gilbert, Gores to submit jail site proposal #DetroitNews

The billionaire businessmen face a deadline of Tuesday to submit an application to Major League Soccer for an expansion franchise. Arn Tellem, Gores' top lieutenant, said Monday that the Gilbert-Gores team would submit their appplication Tuesday.
