State to process Detroit city business income taxes #DetroitNews

Lindsay VanHulle - LANSING — The state on Tuesday said it will start processing Detroit city business tax returns for the first time in January. The partnership between the city and the Michigan Department of Treasury that began last year with individual income tax returns will extend to business returns starting with the 2016 tax year, the state said.
