New York-based developers buy Brush Park property at auction #DetroitNews
Kirk Pinho - A New York City-based development company has purchased about a half-acre of property in Detroit's Brush Park for redevelopment. Farmington Hills-based Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions LLC, which coordinated the online September auction of the property at Division and Beaubien streets to Astral Weeks Development, said the sale included four properties, two of which have buildings on them totaling about 29,000 square feet. Astral Weeks' website says a project is in predevelopment phases
