Kirk Pinho - The 12-unit The Selden condominium project in Midtown is expected to open this summer with its two-bedroom, two-bathroom units starting at $429,900. The project, being developed by Detroit-based Ferlito Group LLC, has a price tag of $4.5 million and started earlier this year when the Marie Apartments at 438 Selden St. were demolished to make way for the new building. The smallest unit, at 1,158 square feet, is asking $371.24 per square foot, according to a listing from Detroit-based The Loft
