Sherri Welch - A new, small business retail pop-up dubbed "Holiday House" is set to open Thursday in the downtown Detroit space The Somerset Collection's CityLoft pop-up occupied last year. CityLoft will shift to shared space at 1520 Woodward Ave., joining Somerset retailer The Detroit Shoppe,which has operated from that location since November 2015.
