Crain's Detroit Business - Canine to Five Detroit, a dog day care and boarding facility in Midtown, plans to invest $1.6 million and create 10 new jobs through an expansion that would update its existing facility at 3443 Cass Ave. and add a new building on property next door. Groundbreaking on the new 10,000-square-foot building is to take place in the spring; the current 6,000-square-foot facility will remain open during construction.
