Syntel CEO resigns; COO named interim replacement #DetroitNews

Crain's Detroit Business - Nitin Rakesh, CEO and president of Troy-based information technology company Syntel, has stepped down effective immediately, the company said Friday. The company did not give a reason for the sudden resignation. Rakesh will be replaced on an interim basis by the company's COO, Rakesh Khanna.
