Peanut butter pie, labneh harissa, and more
It's been a little over a month since Craft Work introduced its new chef Aaron Solley. Taking over for Matt Dalton in April, Solley has been at in the kitchen developing the West Village eatery's new menus — providing longtime favorites with updates and trading out older items for fresh entrees. Solley, who returned to the area after seven-years operating a restaurant in Portland, Oregon, aimed to incorporate more Mediterranean and French-style dishes.
On the updated dinner menu, rolled out over the last few weeks, regulars will find revamped versions of house favorites including the fish & chips, guacamole & chips, and burgers as well as newer additions like a cheesy labneh harissa appetizer served with Holbrook Market bread, a roasted beet & carrot entree, and a tasty peanut butter pie for dessert.
